After spending time traveling and practicing yoga in India, I completed my teacher training in San Diego, CA in Spring of 2010. I continue to learn and grow in my yoga and meditation practice each day. Through teaching for eight years I’ve gained a great appreciation for the discipline of a mindful practice that takes many forms for people of different ages, ability and through the varying seasons of life.

The ancient practices of yoga & meditation are relevant tools and techniques for today’s modern life. Yoga asana is therapeutic when applied thoughtfully, and through my classes I offer postures, breath-work, and meditation practices that bring balance to the practitioner.

I call upon my trainings in Thai Massage, Ayurvedic Principles, and many years of experience to tailor each class to suit students’ needs. I love to teach athletic vinyasa-style classes, gentle restorative classes, guided meditation, yoga philosophy, and to help break down principles of alignment for my students.
